Patrick Davidson’s love for flying started at the age of 3, flying with his Dad and Grandfather in their Pitts Special. At the age of 12 he won his first South African Beginners Aerobatic Competition flying with a safety pilot in a Sukhoi SU-29. On his 17th Birthday Patrick went solo in a T-6 Harvard and the rest is history.

Patrick has performed at various airshows in a selection of planes which include a P51 Mustang, Hawker Sea Fury, L39 jet to name a few. Patrick has won the South African Unlimited Aerobatics Championship 7 times. Patrick achieved 5 podium positions and 2 pole positions during his 2 years in the Red Bull Challenger Cup.

Patrick currently flies a Game Bird known as RedBull#1 at air shows and in competition aerobatics and will be racing his Edge 540v3 for AIR RACE X.
